Great day today, picked up 2 bicycles in decent condition at no cost. One will need a new cable, the other needs a different saddle and they both need cleaned and lubed as they have been setting for nearly 2 years in a garage.

The tires needed pumped up so I did that and then checked all the gears and shifting. The 2 bikes are actually like a matched set, 2 dark green Huffy 26” Mountain bikes. While they are not high quality bikes there is definitely a market for used bikes in the 40-50.00 range and they definitely fit that market. My cost to repair the 2 bikes will be under 15.00 and may take 1 hour at the outside. If I sell each bike for 40.00 then I end up making about 65.00 on the pair. That 65.00 can then go toward advertising to get more repairs and more bikes to sell.

My son in law buys and sells scrap metal. Often when he goes to pick up a load which may include anything from aluminum siding to old cars, there are bicycles and often they are just given to him to get them out of the seller’s way. Since he gets about 1 cent per pound for a bike and the even really heavy ones weigh under 40 lbs, so are only worth about 40 cents.  He just brings the bikes to me. I take any good parts off of the bikes, sometimes the parts have to be cleaned but usually there is something I can use on each bike that comes in. It may be a kickstand, a rim, a handlebar, or a fork, you just never know. I have at least 10 sets of pedals, some that look like brand new after they were cleaned. Once I get off the parts I might be able to use then I determine whether the frame is usable, most are good for something.

I am going to try my hand at welding someday and may even make some furniture out of old bike frames, like maybe a table or chair or something like that. At one of the shops up inAtlantathey have made “swinging doors” like the old western saloons had out of bicycle rims. I thought it was pretty neat and when I get a permanent location for my own shop will very likely make something similar for my own shop.

Once I get the Internet Marketing business up to a certain level I will start really expanding the bike shop. I have a really nice building in a good location picked out and have spoken with the owner about purchasing it in about a year or so. He was very happy to hear that someone was interested since it has been vacant for a bout 6 months now. The former tenant had been there about 11 years and he had not really planned on them moving out. I have looked at 3 other locations, all are acceptable and in about the same price range. I happen to like this one best as the full basement give me a nice place for storage or to set up a little wood shop where I can make some unique furniture. Maybe I can combine the old bike frames into some “furniture art” or decoration art or something like that.

Do you have any ideas on what to do with old bike frames?  I am thinking of making tables using the frames for legs, Maybe making a Lounge Chair for the patio out of a couple of frames. Most of my ideas on the frames would be for outdoor furniture items such as tables and lawn chair type items. If you come up with an idea that I like and I build it and find a market for the design then I will split any profit made on your design with you, sound fair?  I also thought about making some Christmas and otherHolidaydecorations out of a few of the old frames I have lying around. So if you can send me a description of what you think would be neat or a drawing if possible I will see what I can do and if it works we can both make a few bucks off of it or at least get some really weird looks from other folks that simply don’t understand our brilliant minds.

Back to the bike shop though, the 2 Huffy bikes will do well, they are old enough to have been made right here in theUS, so that should make them worth a little more. I also have over the last few months picked up an old 26” John Deere single speed bike that needs a rear wheel. About 3 or 4 years back I had bought a new wheel for another bike that has since been laid to rest and I still have that wheel, so this weekend I plan to change the wheels on the JD bike and put an ad in the paper to sell it. In addition to the 3 26” bikes a person that was moving gave me two bikes an 18” Girl’s bike and a 20” Girl’s Bike. They are both in great shape, the 16” bike will need 2 tubes, but the 20” bike just needed the chain lubed and I will have both of them for sale next week. They both were used lightly and will make some little girl very happy. If I don’t sell the bikes by a week before Christmas I will see if a place like Ruth’s Cottage (a place for battered women and children) or one of the other charity groups can use them. So right now I have 5 good solid used bikes for sale, not too shabby for a shop that is running out of  a portable building in my backyard.

So what about Internet Marketing? At this point I am really only promoting 2 programs, really 3 I guess but they sort of go together. The Main program is called Empower Network and while there are several “products” that are part of the entire EN business, the blogging platform is sort of the lifeblood of the EN business. Here is a link that will take you to a video that explains the entire program way better than I can here.

The second program is a program called BAMM and it actually leads you into Empower Network also, so while it is a different program it actually will help build your EN business as you advertise and build it up. Go to www.workwithjerry.tk and sign up there for all the details, you will be glad you did.

Then there is Wom Vegas which is a sort of social network like FaceBook or Myspace , but with a little more of a “business opportunity” flare. Even though it is more on the Business Opportunity line, you do not have to have or be involved in any business to set up a Wom Vegas Account. I use it mostly to promote the work with Jerry website and the Empower Network blog opportunity. You can play games at Wom Vegas, you can even make money there by rating other peoples ads and doing other similar things. Here is a link for Wom Vegas. http://womfriends.com/wom-friends.php?id=12575

These are at this time the only 3 Internet Marketing programs that I am actively promoting and yes I am doing OK with them. I am not getting rich quick,  but I am doing OK and picking up some extra cash that with the economy in the condition it is now is a must for many of us.

Could you use some extra cash in your pocket? Would you do your very best for 3 months to see if the program will work for you? Will you allow me to sponsor you into the program and help you get others in so we all can make some extra money or maybe even replace our current income? I plan to retire in 5-7 years and when I do I want to have enough money coming in so I can live comfortably for the rest of my life with the love of my life.

My friend and mentor Mark Hendricks said something I find very profound and I have heard him repeat it a few times. I may not have the exact words Mark used but I am sure you can get the jest of the following statement:

Success is the ability to do what you want, when you want with whom you want, without having to worry about time or money.

Take a random poll of people at a supermarket and ask them if they had all the money they needed and all the time they needed where would they be or what would they be doing. I would bet not one would say they want to be there at the grocery shopping for dinner, and I would also bet that virtually everyone would come up with a different idea of what that definition of success means to them.

For instance to me it means being able to take my wife wherever she wants to go, maybe back to see her sister in Ohio, or out to see her brother in Florida, or maybe on a cruise up or down the Big Muddy. It means that we could afford to hire someone to take care of our 2 handicapped sons while we were gone or even take them with us on the cruise, we would be able to decide that because we could afford to pay for their tickets or pay for their care, whichever feels right. Of course if we visit family we would take them with us without question simply because the rest of the family would want to see them too.

When we get back from the trip, we would come home to a nice cozy home, nothing fancy but nice where the boys and us are comfortable and I would be able to ride my bike a lot, have a nice bike shop and a small office to run my IM business from, while the grandkids and soon maybe the great grandkids play and maybe even get some rides in on their bikes too.

Last year my brother passed away and this year my Brother in law passed away and I was not able to afford to go to either funeral. I don’t want to be in that sort of financial condition the next time someone dies or the next time someone in the family has something special going on and they want us to come too.

So what about you? Do you want to make some extra cash so you can afford things that maybe you cannot afford now? Maybe you just want to put some money away for retirement, or maybe you have some other need or burning desire that you need money for. I can’t think of a better program to get you on track for making some money that Empower Network. Take a look here, join me if you will and I will do all I can to help you become successful. To paraphrase another great marketer and motivator Zig Ziglar: You can get everything you want, by helping others get what they want.

So go here, /truestory2.php?id=thebicyclenutlisten to the video and take action. In baseball and in life you can’t get to second base (and you sure can’t get to Home Plate) without taking a chance and getting off first base.

Have a great day’

Pins and Needles Day

November 27, 2012

Today is Pins and needles day

Have you checked out Pinterest today, maybe there is something there you can pin, maybe not.

A few days back I mentioned that I would be changing my attitude toward Internet Marketing and especially network marketing and would no longer be trying to “sell: people on the programs I am involved with.  I have been re-listening to many of the seminars and such that I had attended in the past and I think that is probably the best thing to do.

Instead of me trying to sell something or get you to buy something, I can simply tell you a little about it, provide you with the necessary links or whatever and allow you to make up your own mind. If you call me on the phone I will be happy to answer any questions that I can or point you to someone that can answer those questions.

I will be giving quite a few things like ebooks, reports and such to anyone that wants them. I do not have a newsletter per se like many Guru’s do, but if you want I will be happy to send you any good information that I get that may help you with your business as it is available. You can go here, get a free report and I will put you on the list to get free follow-up info.

Let me tell you what program I think are the best out there and why.

I like Empower Network because it is really simple, not too expensive and has excellent potential. The total money you need to get started with Empower Networks is 44.95 and the willingness to put that much out monthly until you are in profit. It takes 2 sales to be in profit. You can get 2 sales can’t you? I know I can. The cost is 25.00 for the “program” and 19.95 for the payment processor (e-wallet), then you blog, you can and should also advertise but you can actually use a lot of free sources to advertise. The more money and or time you are willing to put into advertising will help grow your business faster. The business is simple and inexpensive and there are people making really good money with it. If you want to go with a little more power and invest a small amount more then an Autoresponder like Aweber, getresponse, GVO, or Traffic Wave would be a great tool to help with promoting your new business. Some Internet marketers say the Autoresponder is really the lifeblood of their business. There are several Free versions of these out, so you may want to test out the Free ones to see how they work and what they can do for your business. Some of the paid services will allow you to take a “test drive’ for maybe 1.00 so you may want to take advantage of that.  I  have aweber and GVO and would be very happy if you joined either through me. GVO actually has more Bells and whistles for a little less money, but both are quite good at getting your messages delivered and that is what is important.

So for under 100.00 a month you can be in a viable business. If you are able to help 1 person per day get into the business and you earn 25.00 on each person you get in then it takes you less than a week (4 days) to be at break even and then every person you help after that becomes pure profit. Did I mention that Empower Network pays 100% profit?

Let’s do a quick comparison of what it costs to set up an EN business to say a small store in your local town. For illustration purposes let’s say you want to set up a gift shop. First you find a location you think would have good walk-in traffic or possibly one with lot’s of parking and for the sake of this illustration let’s say the rent is 400.00 a month. That would be extremely cheap in most areas of theUS. The landlord will likely ask for the first and last month’s rent and possibly a security deposit which may mean you will have to come up with 1200.00 just to move in. you will also very likely need a business license which usually runs 150.00 to 300.00 depending on the town your in so let’s use 150.00 for that. Utilities will need turned on and there will very likely be a deposit on those of at least 100.00. inMoultrieit starts at 300.00.   There will be other expenses that you don’t even think about like Fire extinguishers and other incidental things that you will have to come up with before ever making a sale. Even when you are up and running you will be lucky to clear 50% profit on your products as opposed to 100% with EN.

So let’s say you get the Gift Shop all set up and you start advertising, that will probably cost anywhere from 50-150 a month depending on the amount and the type of advertising you do. So you have 400 per month for rent, 100.00 or more for utilities, probably another 100 for ads, so for about 2000.00 to start and roughly 1000.00 a month when all things are added in you have a Gift Shop, that may or may not make enough money to pay the bills and make a little profit. But for under 100.00 a month (which can be turned into 0 dollars a month with 4 sales) you have a business with far more potential than a gift shop, and you carry no inventory (didn’t even mention inventory with the gift shop, but without having stuff to sell, you have no business).

So it is now up to you, go check out the site right here http://www.thebicyclenut.com , watch the videos, spend some time. Call me at 229-429-3010 if you like and I will answer any questions I can, if I don’t answer I may be at work or I may be on another line, leave a message and I will call back. Just be sure to say it is about Empower network, and don’t waste my time or yours calling to try to get me into some other program. I don’t mind looking at other programs, but this number is for EN and the bike shop nothing else. Have a program you want me to look at send the details and links to jerry@bmgfitness.com with Joint Venture in the subject and I will look at it, do not call.

Just a little bit about the bike shop here too. If you are interested in cycling go to this facebook page and “like” it. That is the Facebook page for BMG Cycles which is the name of my new bicycle repair shop. It is located in a portable building behind our house inMoultrie,Georgia. I have the tools and knowledge to repair just about any bicycle. If you are interested and live nearMoultrieyou can stop by and look at some of the used bikes I have to sell, or even pick out a frame and I will build the bike from parts that you select. I just received some Shimano Shifters OGD 3 X 6 and 3 X7. The 3X7 are going on a customer’s KHS bike and the 3X6 are going on 2 other bikes that I am building up from frames.  I have most sized tubes in stock in case you get a flat and a small selection of repair parts on hand as well. At this point the portable building is still being used for storage of some other items but those are being removed as quickly as possible and the building will be all bicycle parts, tools and supplies hopefully before the end of 2012.
You can see photos of the shop area and the storage area on the FB page.

At some point I am expecting that the bike repair shop will become a self sufficient business and we will be able to move it into a commercial building and turn it into a full scale bicycle shop with bike clothing, parts, lots of bikes and bike related items. I stopped by the Performance Bike shop in Atlanta a few months back and also another shop up by Emory last year and was very impressed with the layouts and the selection, so that is sort of what I am looking to set up as the money becomes available.

I have a building picked out that would be ideal but at this point the 160,000.00 price tag on the building is just not in the budget. Maybe soon though, just have to keep working toward the goals, and if for some reason that one sells before the goal is reached there are others. The location of this particular building is ideal and it already has some of the fixtures that I would want in my shop, so if the money becomes available it will be the home of the bike shop as well as my office for Internet Marketing.  I actually expect that the Internet Marketing business will make more money faster than the bike shop, but I love bikes and cycling.

The building is ideally setup for a bicycle shop with large front windows and a large basement for storage,, roughly 3000 SF of sales/office area and a full basement underneath gives approximately 6000 SF of space. It does need a few repairs but has a good roof and solid foundation so the repairs are not major, mainly just small stuff that I can do myself. It also has a new AC unit that was put in just last year and right before the old tenant moved out.

Today is Charles Schulz’ Birthday.  For anyone that doesn’t know Charles created the Peanuts Comic Strip with characters like Charlie Brown, Linus, Snoopy and Lucy.

The Charles Schultz Philosophy

Charles Schultz Philosophy The following is the philosophy of Charles Schultz , the creator of the "Peanuts" comic strip. You don't have to actually answer the questions. Just read the e-mail straight through, and you'll get the point.
1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world .
2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners.
3. Name the last five winners of the Miss America Contest.
4. Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize.
5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor and actress.
6. Name the last decade's worth of World Series winners.

How did you do?
The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday. They are not second-rate achievers. They are the best in their fields. But the applause dies. Awards tarnish. Achievements are forgotten. Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners.

Here's another quiz. See how you do on this one:
1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school...
2. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time.
3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile.
4. Think of a few people who have made you feel appreciated and special.
5. Think of five people you enjoy spending time with.

Easier?
I love this!

The lesson: The people who make a difference in your life are NOT the ones with the most credentials, the most money, or the most awards. They are the ones who care.

Share this with those who have made a difference in your life.
I just did!
"Don't worry about the world coming to an end today.
It's already tomorrow in Australia ..."

Is there really Magic in your attitude?

I remember a quote that is often credited to the late Henry Ford, “If you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right”

I have often repeated that quote but sometimes forget to actually apply it to the circumstances at hand and there is no one to blame for that except me.

You see I have been involved in numerous “business opportunities” over the years and while there were a few where I made some small profits, they for the most part have been busts. It isn’t because I didn’t work at trying to make them successful. I spent lots of time and money on each of the chosen ventures doing what I thought needed done to make them profitable.

I bought autoresponder services like aweber, gave a away free ebooks, videos, courses, built lists, clicked email links etc until my fingers were numb and my bank account was overdrawn. I did this over and over with various programs that were supposed to be easy.  I don’t know how many times I fell for various sales pitches and bought stuff that really did not help the business I was promoting which often caused me to lose sight of my actual goal.

The thing I did not realize was that I was going after things I needed to be successful with the wrong attitude. I always had this burning desire to be successful and to help people, but at the same time I was held back by the fact that I had never made any money with this program (doesn’t matter which program). I believe today though as I believed yesterday that I have to be the absolute worst “recruiter” for any program, but today I also believe that it doesn’t make any difference and that really is the difference.

You see even though I am a very poor recruiter, I can still send people to the program description websites and let them make up their minds, they can come on board with me or they can stay in the rut that they are probably in or they wouldn’t even have went to the site to check it out. That is their choice not mine, I cannot make them join the program I am promoting, no matter how good that program might be.

With this in mind I am going to start today with a completely different attitude and I know that will work. I am going to go back and listen to the Mark Hendricks Ultimate Success Program tapes, get the BAMM program set up correctly, spend a few hours a day getting all the stuff done that should be productive and another couple deleting everything that is non-productive. I plan to completely rebuild my website at www.bmgfitness.com I know that by the end of this year 2012 I will be earning at least 2000.00 per month from the Internet, from programs like Empower Network, Ultimate Success Program and Wom Vegas and by the end of next year 2013 I expect to be earning more per month than I do now at my regular 40 hour per week job.

I have a facebook page for my little home bicycle repair shop, and will still be on that pretty much daily, but will be staying away from the personal page and all the drama and non-productive stuff on there.

Check out my Facebook page here and give me a like if you will. The shop and the page will be growing as will my online business ventures. I fully expect that with this change in attitude and change in approach I will be making more from the Internet Marketing 6 months from now than I do form my job today. I have a really neat report on Bicycle Safety and am writing a short one on bicycle maintenance that will be available FREE from the Facebook page soon.

You will  be able to buy bicycle related items through some of the several companies that will be linked to the page and I will probably have some other specials running at various times, like maybe a sale on 700C tubes or 26” tubes or something like that.

I expect that I will be doing more with Blog Talk Radio this year and promoting the Tour de Tifton more heavily than usual, so come by the site give it a like and let’s have a good time together during 2013.

You will also be able to leave me messages regarding your bike if you have it in for repair, or if you are in the area, why not message me and we can get a cup of coffee at Beans and Strings on the Square in Historic Downtown Moultrie.

If you are interested in following my progress in my business and personal ventures then please follow my PERSONAL blog at www.jerrylgoodwin.com

I do believe without hesitation that there is in fact some Magic in your attitude whether it be in business or in life a person that wants to be happy will be happy regardless of the circumstances.  Roger Miller once sang “You Can’t Roller Skate in Buffalo Herd, but you can be happy if you’ve a mind too”. It would be difficult but if theBuffalowere on a paved parking lot, you just might be able to roller skate in the herd and be happy too.

Have a great day

November 14, 2012,
First let’s all wish a Happy Birthday to Prince Charles, Born November 14, 1948.
One thing that the economy in the US today has shown us is that almost all of us that work or are underemployed need to have some sort of additional income. I know that I have looked for several years for a good source of additional income. I have had many part time jobs while working full-time and tried my hand at numerous “business opportunities.”
Some of these business opportunities were offline, like the fitness studio that I set up on South Main in Moultrie back around 2006, or the bike shop I am currently running pretty much out of my house. Both of these businesses were started to earn some extra money, both of them have actually cost a good deal of money and the bike shop continues to this day to be more of a liability than an asset.
Then there are the online opportunities some of which have a lot of potential. If you go to www.workwithjerry.tk you can put in your email address and I will send you some great information on a program that I believe is superior in many ways to almost every other business opportunity on the Internet.
I know online or Internet Marketing is far superior in making money to starting a bricks and mortar business of any kind. Bricks and mortar style businesses almost always require large investments in inventory, parts, tools as well as commercial space, phone, electric, etc. If you are lucky or pick out a business you can run from your garage or spare room in your house then you can cut these expenses way down.
It will almost always come out cheaper to start an Internet Based business. Another thing I have found is that you can find literally thousands of places on the Internet where you can get Free Advertising for your new business. Yes you might leave some brochures at your Doctor’s or Dentist’s office or a card at the Laundromat for an offline business.
But you can use literally thousands of safelists, groups and social networks to get your message out FREE on the Internet. If you blog as part of your business or to advertise your business or just for whatever there are services that connect you with other bloggers and automate the sharing of your blogs. If you happen to already have an offline business running adding Internet Marketing may grow your sales exponentially.
The number of potential clients for most businesses goes up also when you do any sort of Internet Marketing and you have a much larger territory that you can cover, often the entire world. You can sell various reports and ebooks, downloadable videos, music etc that can be given to the customer immediately upon successful payment, and you do not have to carry any inventory if the “product” is downloadable.
So what are you waiting for? Click on this link www.workwithjerry.tk fill in your best email address and I will send you details on the program I think will work for you. It is not free but you should be able to make back at least double your investment in a couple of days, maybe even 1 day.
Bicycles and Cycling
I am in the process of moving my workshop from inside the storefront at Christian Books & More to my portable building at the house. The store can use the space for storage or possibly rent it out. It is a really a pretty nice space and can be customized for just about any sort of business.
I will still be repairing the bikes for Christian Books & More just won’t have a shop at the store. It is more convenient and less expensive for me and it gives them some extra space they can work with. As the shop and areas of the shop take shape pictures will be taken and posted here and on my facebook page.
Since the repair shop will be a completely separate entity from the rest of the shop and is located at a different address there may be a name change in the near future. The name of the bicycle repair shop will change to Goodwin-Morey Cycles Plus. The store name where the Bicycles and Supplies are sold will remain Christian Books & More. The business cards for the repair shop have been designed and waiting on some final touches before we order.
Jerry Morey, my son in law has his own small business buying and selling scrap metal and pressure washing just about anything. I have offered to put his information on the back of my cards, that way every card that he hands out has my card and information on it and every one that I hand out has his info on it. Since I will be paying for the cards my side will be glossy and his will be the flip side, but I found a printer that does excellent work at very reasonable prices.
If you ever get to Moultrie Georgia be sure to give me a call and we can meet at one of the nice restaurants like 3 Crazy Bakers, or Cheese and Feed and grab a sandwich or a cup of coffee. That reminds me that Eric over at Beans and Strings carries Jittery Joe’s Coffee and a percent of each sale goes to some bicycle related charity, at least it used too.
If you are looking for a great deal on a bike, drop by Christian Books & More and check the prices on Fuij, SE, Free Agent, KHS, Terry, or Manhattan Bikes. There is truly something for everyone in that selection. There is every type of bike from a Unicycle to a Tricycle, Road, Mountain, BMX, Cruiser, Hybrid, Cross, whatever you want can be purchased at the store in Moultrie.
At the store there is also a selection of used bikes and a few antique bikes too. There is an old Schwinn Town and Country that was probably used at Ohio State University, A JC Higgins probably from around 1957-1960 era, a 1957 Schwinn Cruiser, a reall nice Redline BMX Bike, and a lot more.
Have a great day

Much like December 7, 1941, November 6, 2012 is a day that will live in infamy for many Americans. That is the day that Barack Obama was elected to a second term as president. Understand though that this was not a sneak attack from a foreign country but an attack on Traditional America from within by it own populace.

Considering everything that went wrong during his first term it was a miracle that his party would even nominate him, but they did and he won.  I mean why would a country re-elect a leader that has went out of his way to destroy the economy which was already hurting but through reckless spending and poor management was even worse at the end of 4 years than it was when he “inherited” the Bush era problems. Obama’s most impressive aspect seems to be making excuses for just about everything. I got sick of hearing over and over of how it was all Bush’s fault and how he “inherited” such a bad economy that he just could not turn it around in only 4 years. He was however able to make it a lot worse and now he has 4 more years to increase the deficit

The margin was pretty narrow, and for quite some time Mitt Romney actually controlled the popular vote even after Obama had won the Electoral Vote. Many of the Armed Forces Votes appears to have been missed which may well have changed the entire election.

Many people wanted a different President. The Republican Party nominated Mitt Romney a solid business man, but the Democrats were successful at painting him as out of touch with the worker element and he needed those votes. Of course the Unions and Big Labor were staunchly behind Mr. Obama.

I wasn’t real happy with Mitt as a candidate at first, but the more I heard about him and the more I heard him speak the more I thought he would be a big improvement over Obama.

As is common there have been plenty of assertions of voter fraud claimed against the winning party. Everything from claims that over 100% of the registered voters in 1 county in Ohio Voted to another that every vote cast is one large area ofClevelandwas for Obama. These should be investigated and they should be taken into account, chances are they won’t make a tremendous lot of difference in the actual election outcome. I recall as a small child when my Dad was talking about how the Democrats may have “stuffed” the Ballot Boxes for John Kennedy to assure a victory over Richard Nixon back in 1960, We all know what came out of that, one of the best Presidents we ever had and a model of economic recovery that would be revisited later under Ronald Reagan and was similar to the Ryan Budget proposed by Romney, which now we will have to wait at least 4 more years before it can be imposed and that may be too late.

Massive layoffs are already occurring; the President is being indicted for security violations by a citizen’s Grand Jury in Florida, 2 states Louisiana and Texas have requested Peaceful Secession from the United States.  If these states are allowed to secede then others will almost assuredly follow suit or we may see a second Civil War. Lincoln showed absolutely no respect for the Constitution in 1860, and we had the Civil War or as it is sometimes referred to in the South “the War of Northern Aggression.”  Obama has shown no respect for the constitution from Day 1 of his administration, so why would that change now?

I for one did not1 really expect a big difference between Mitt and Barack except with the economy. The debates, arguably all won by Mitt really did not show a clear division between the 2 men running., in fact the 3rd and last debate seemed like they were both agreeing with each other more than disagreeing or giving different sides or solutions to problems facing the country.

Maybe there should have been a woman running against Barack Obama. What if the Republicans would have nominated a true conservative Black Female? That may have stopped the liberal Democrats in their tracks.  The Democrats painted Mitt as a Rich White Dude that is totally out of touch with the masses. The 47% remark made during the campaign by Mitt did a lot to help the Democrats agenda in painting him that way.  With a Conservative Church Going Christian Conservative Black Woman the Liberals would be hard pressed to use any of their steadfast arguments like the “Rich Republican” stereotype that they used successfully against Mitt. It seems strange to me that 7 out of the 10 richest men in Congress are Democrats, does anyone see the irony there?

The Democrat machine had many poor people believing that Romney would take away the Food Stamp program completely and immediately which of course was not true. Romney’s plan was to stimulate the growth of business and the start ups of new businesses which would create jobs for the people that wanted them and then those people could get off Food Stamps and Government subsistence programs thus easing the burden on the Federal Government and the States. This would also increase tax revenue as now the people that used to be an expense would be paying taxes on their new income.

I just hope and pray that everyone is ready for a long hard ride, at least the next 4 years, maybe longer if some of the prognosticators are correct and Obama becomes the first dictator of the United States. They did not believe  it would happen in Germany either before Adolph Hitler did it.
